It is possible you are using and old version of Adobe Reader. Download the latest version for free.

3. Why is it some documents are not loading properly?

It's possible some documents may not load properly because you are not using the most up to date web browser. Some older versions of Internet Explorer may not load these documents. We recommend using either Firefox or Chrome.
