Overview:

The Law Division represents the township on various matters including, tort claims, bail forfeitures, code enforcement prosecutions, real property tax appeals, and affordable housing issues. The Law Division is responsible for the preparation of shared services agreements, professional services agreements, lease agreements, contracts, labor issues, and ordinances and resolutions.
