NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent, or designated representative, for the Township of Toms River, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey on June 6th at 11:00am prevailing time, in the L. Manuel Hirschblond Room, Township of Toms River Municipal Complex, 33 Washington Street, Toms River, NJ then publicly opened and read aloud for the following:
RECONSTRUCTION OF ORTLEY ROADS & SEWER REPAIR - PROJECT #2 - VARIOUS ROADS PHASE 1
Specifications and any additional information may be obtained in electronic format only from the Purchasing Division, (732) 341-1000, ext. 8202 or 8226 during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, as follows:
Once the bidder provides his/her contact information by calling the Purchasing Office for the purpose of maintaining a bidder’s list, an internet link will be emailed to the bidder for download access to all plans and specifications in PDF (Portable Document Format) at No Charge.
Bidders that do not have access to the internet can purchase a CD for a fee of $25.00 in the Purchasing Office (bidders must call in advance if they require a CD). Only bidders that have provided their contact information will be allowed to submit bids.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L. 1975, Chapter 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. and with P.L. 1977, Chapter 33, requiring stockholder’s and partnership names.

One (1) New and Unused, Skid Steer Loader with Attachments and
Seven-Ton Deckover Flat Bed Trailer for the Department of Public Works

regular business hours 8:30AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, upon proper notice and payment of a
non-refundable fee of $10.00 per bid package.
