1) All properties in the Toms River Township barrier island section north of Lavalette will be inspected for the purpose of reconnection to electrical service. These inspections will be completed by 1/5/2013. The Township is working with JCP&L to re-energize as soon as possible. Many meters have already been set. If a “Not Approved” notice is left on your premises, repair work must be completed and a re-inspection will be required.

2) Phone Call Volume within the Building Department: The volume of calls has been overwhelming. The Administration is working to address this situation with supplemental phones and personnel. Please be patient until this issue is resolved.
