Forms are available in the Clerk's Office, and can be mailed or faxed, requests are addressed to within 7 business days unless extended with consent of requestor. Fees are determined by request.Copies - Fees determined per page, 1-10 .75 cents per page, 11-20 .50 cents per page, 21- up .25 cents per page. Cassettes- For each cassette the Township provides, a blank cassette is to be provided by the requestor. CD disks - $5.00 per disk |
